在梳理罗沛霖的技术科学思想形成过程基础上,对其技术科学思想作了分析;对罗沛霖技术科学思想的实践作了梳理:从发展技术科学和工程技术的角度,罗沛霖提议成立中国工程院;提出中国发展科学的道路应强调技术发展须与当前和长远的经济发展相适应;提出电子工业发展阶段和对策等具有很强针对性的建议。

This paper aims to analyze Luo Peilin's thoughts of technological science by examining the process of its formation.Generally,Luo's practice of technological science includes:he initially proposed to establish the Chinese Academy of Engineeringto meet the development of technological science and engineering technology,in terms of Qian Xuesen's ideas on technological science;he claimed that Chinese program for the advance of science should emphasize that the development of technology corresponds to present and future progress of economy;and he provided thespecializedadvices to stages and strategies of development ofnational electronic industry.
