新型降糖药对肾脏保护作用的研究进展

Research progress of new hypoglycemic drugs on renal function

糖尿病患病率逐年增长,而糖尿病肾病(DN)是其最常见的慢性微血管并发症之一,并已成为终末期肾衰竭最重要的病因。DN发生机制极其复杂,持续高血糖是其根本原因,控制高血糖仅有限防治DN发生发展,故加强靶器官保护倍受关注。近年来,不少新型降糖药临床应用逐渐增多,有效降低血糖的同时显现不同程度的肾脏保护性作用。本文将就新型降糖药的肾脏保护作用机制及其相关研究进展给予综述。

The incidence of diabetes is increasing year by year,and diabetic nephropathy (DN)is one of the most common chronic microvascular complications,which has become the most important cause of premature renal failure.The pathogenesis of DN is extremely complex,and continuous hyperglycemia is the primary cause.Controlling hyperglycemia can only prevent the occurrence and development of DN limitedly,and the enhancement of target organ protection has attracted much attention.In recent years,the clinical application of many new hypoglycemic drugs has gradu- ally increased,which can effectively reduce the blood sugar and shows renal protective effect of different degrees.In this paper,the mechanism of renal protective action of novel hypoglycemic drugs and related research progress are summarized as follows.
