摘要 从物化处理法和生物处理法2方面系统介绍了食品加工废水处理中常见的水处理技术,包括膜分离法、吸附絮凝法、接触氧化法、活性污泥法、生物滤池法等,叙述其原理及影响因素、各技术的特点及主要用途。论述了生物处理法的工艺流程及其组合工艺的应用。展望了食品加工废水处理技术的发展,认为对现有技术,在方法原理、技术设备的稳定性及操作方式需进一步探索;综合考虑经济因素和实验结果以确定优化的工艺及条件,并探讨各种工艺的组合条件、组合次序;对现有实验室进行长期研究,使其趋于规模化、工程化应用;开发新型膜材料、絮凝剂、吸附剂、滤料等,为处理废水提供新资源。以期为我国食品加工厂的废水处理提供借鉴。 The common water treatment technologies in food processing wastewater from two aspects ofphysicochemical treatment and biological treatment were systematically introduced,including membrane separation,adsorption and flocculation,contact oxidation and activated sludge,biological filter,and the principles and the influence factors,the characteristics and main applications of each technology were described.The process of biological treatment and the application of combined process were discussed.The development of food processing wastewater treatment technology was proposed,it was considered that the existing technology,the principle of the method,the stability of the technical equipment and the operation mode need to be further explored.Comprehensive consideration of economic factors and experimental results to determine the optimized process and conditions,and the conditions and the order of combined processes was explored.Long-term research on existing laboratory,makes it tend to scale,engineering application.Develop of new membranes materials,flocculants,adsorbents,filter materials,etc.,to provide new resources for wastewater treatment.It is expected to provide a reference for wastewater treatment of food processing plants in China.
