摘要
采用液相还原法制备碳纳米管负载纳米零价铁(MWCNT-nZVI)复合材料,并采用BET、扫描电子显微镜和粉末X射线衍射仪对其进行表征。利用MWCNT-nZVI去除水中的多氯联苯(PCBs),并通过对比MWCNT材料来探究其对PCBs的去除及降解规律。结果表明,MWCNT-nZVI和MWCNT对水中PCBs的去除过程均符合准1级动力学模型。相同条件下,反应结束后MWCNT-nZVI和MWCNT对PCBs的去除率分别为87.34%和71.09%,而PCBs在固相中的质量分数分别为27%和71%。MWCNT-nZVI通过MWCNT对PCBs的物理吸附与nZVI对PCBs的化学脱氯过程相结合,实现更好的处理效果。
MWCNT-nZVI composites were synthesized by liquid phase reduction method and characterized through BET,SEM and XRD.The removal effect of PCBs existed in the aqueous phase by MWCNT-nZVI was compared with MWCNT to explore removal and degradation laws of PCBs.Experimental results indicated that the process of PCBs removal by MWCNT-nZVI and MWCNT followed pseudo-first-order kinetics.Under the same reaction conditions, the removal efficiencies of PCBs by MWCNT-nZVI and MWCNT were87.34%and71.09%respectively after reaction.In addition,mass fraction of PCBs in solid phase were27%and71%,respectively.The physical adsorption of PCBs on MWCNT and their chemical dechlorination by nZVI on the MWCNT-nZVI could be simultaneously achieved.
