微波-活性炭协同处理焦化废水中低环多环芳烃 被引量:1

摘要 以焦化废水中低环PAHs为研究对象,木质活性炭和焦油活性炭为吸波介质,采用超声波萃取,考察了不同种类和质量的活性炭对废水中低环PAHs和COD去除效率的影响。结果表明,当微波温度为60℃时,处理效果较好,对低环PAHs和COD去除率分别在40%和20%左右。与木质活性炭相比,焦油活性炭比表面积大、孔径小,处理效果更佳。对1 L焦化废水,当焦油活性炭质量5 g时,低环PAHs总量去除率为54%,二环PAHs的去除率为51%,而三环四环PAHs的去除率高达100%,COD的去除率高达43%,去除效果最好。因此选择适宜种类和质量的活性炭可以获得较高的去除率。 Taking low-ring PAHs in coking wastewater as research object, wood-activated carbon and tar activated carbon as wave-absorbing medium,and ultrasonic extraction was used. The effects of different types and quality of activated carbon on the removal efficiency of low-ring PAHs and COD in wastewater were analyzed. The results showed that when the microwave temperature was 60 ℃ the treatment effect was good, and the removal rate of low-ring PAHs and COD was about 40% and 20%, respectively. Compared with wood activated carbon, tar activated carbon had a large specific surface area,a small pore size, and a better treatment effect. For 1 L of coking wastewater, when the mass of tar activated carbon was 5 g, the total removal efficiency of low-ring PAHs was 54%, the removal rate of bicyclic PAHs was 51%, and the removal rate of tricyclic tetracyclic PAHs and COD was as high as 100%and 43%, respectively, the removal efficiency was best. Therefore, selecting a suitable type and quality of activated carbon can achieve a higher removal rate.
