摘要
以农村家庭为设计单元,研究设计了1种小型一体化污水处理装置——填料生物转盘。装置设计体积流量为0.5 m3/d,由进水区、生化反应区和沉淀区组成。装置采用生物膜法工艺,结合生物滤池和生物转盘的特点,设计填料生物转盘,结构紧凑、运行简单、费用少,避免了农村污水处理常见的问题。同时,实验研究表明,该装置运行稳定,对COD、BOD_5,SS、NH_3-N的去除效率均达到87%以上,处理后的出水水质能够达到河北省地方标准DB 13/2171-2015一级B的要求。
Packing rotating biological contactor, a small scale integrated sewage treatment device, was designed with the rural family as the design unit.The device consists of the inlet area, the biochemical reaction area and the precipitation area, and the volume flow rate was 0.5 m3/d. The device adopted the biofilm method, combined with the characteristics of biofilter and rotating biological contactor, and designed the packing rotating biological contactor.The device was compact, easy to operate and less cost, which avoided the common problems of rural sewage treatment. Meanwhile, the study results showed that the device had stable operation, COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N removal efficiency reached above 87%, the treated effluent quality could meet the local standards of Hebei province DB 13/2171-2015 first level B requirements.
