应用Sirius与IOL Master 700测量前房深度及角膜直径的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析Sirius与IOLMaster 700两种仪器测量前房深度及角膜直径结果的一致性。方法回顾性分析2017年10月至2018年5月我院拟行人工晶状体植入术的近视者68例(136只眼)的资料,分别使用Sirius与IOLMaster 700测量前房深度及角膜直径,比较两种方法测量结果的相关性及一致性。结果Sirius与IOLMaster 700测量的前房深度分别为(3.22±0.33)mm和(3.14±0.33)mm,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00),相关系数r=0.983。Sirius测得的角膜水平直径平均值为(11.73±0.50)mm,而IOLMaster测得的平均值为(11.47±0.46)mm,两组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)且呈高度相关(r=0.952)。结论Sirius与IOLMaster 700测量前房深度及角膜直径结果相关程度较高,临床上两者间测量的一致性较好。 Objective To analyze the consistency between Sirius and IOLMaster 700 in measuring anterior chamber depth and corneal diameter. Methods From Oct. 2017 to May 2018, the data of 136 eyes of 68 cases of myopia were analyzed retrospectively. The depth of anterior chamber and the diameter of the cornea were measured with Sirius and IOLMaster 700 respectively. The correlation and consistency of the results were compared between the two methods. Results The depth of anterior chamber measured with Sirius and IOLMaster 700 were (3. 22 ± 0. 33) mm and (3. 14 ± 0. 33) mm. The difference was statistically significant (P =0. 00), and the correlation coefficient r was 0. 983. 95. 6% results of Bland-Altman analysis were within the 95% consistency limit. The average corneal diameter measured with Sirius was (11.73 ±0. 50) mm, while the average value of IOLMaster was (11. 47 ± 0. 46) mm. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P =0. 00) and that between two groups was highly correlated (r =0. 952). Bland-Altman analysis accounted for 97. 8% of the data within the boundaries. Conclusion There is higher correlation in measuring anterior chamber depth and corneal diameter with Sirius and IOLMaster 700. The consistency between the two measurements was good in clinic.
