浙江省职业性化学性眼烧伤职业病诊断情况分析

Analysis on diagnosis of the occupational medical eye burns in Zhejiang Province

目的分析职业性氢氧化钠眼灼伤诊治经过及职业病诊断结果。方法分析浙江省5例职业性氢氧化钠接触史、治疗经过及职业病诊断情况。结果5例均为在工作期间意外被氢氧化钠灼伤眼部,均被诊断为职业性化学性眼灼伤。结论日常预防工作的落实到位,提高从业人员的化学性灼伤后及时有效的自救能力,才能将职业性化学性眼外伤降到最低。

Objective To analyse the treatment and dignosis of the occupational sodium hydroxide eye burns.Methods The exposure history,treatment and diagnosis of 5 cases with occupational sodium hydroxide eye burns in Zhejiang Province were analysed.Results All patients were accidentally burned by sodium hydroxide during work,and they were diagnosed with occupational sodium hydroxide eye burns. Conclusion In order to minimize occupational chemical related diseases,we should carry out daily preventive work and improve workers'ability of timely and effective self rescue after chemical burns.
