双眼视觉训练对共同性斜视儿童术后立体视建立效果观察

Observation on the efficacy of binocular vision training for stereopsis establishment on concomitant strabismus children after surgery

目的评价双眼视觉训练对儿童共同性斜视术后立体视建立的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年1月接受共同性斜视手术治疗并能定期随访的76例儿童的临床资料。患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后行常规护理及复健,观察组在此基础上行双眼视觉训练。分析术后三级视功能情况。结果术后6个月两组同时视、融合视及立体视的比例均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);术后3个月观察组的同时视、融合视及立体视的比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后3、6个月的立体视锐度均较治疗前显著提高,且术后6个月的立体视锐度显著高于术后3个月(P<0.001);术后3、6个月观察组的立体视锐度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双眼视觉训练可有效帮助共同性斜视术后儿童建立立体视。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of binocular vision training for stereopsis establishment on concomitant strabismus children after surgery.Methods The clinical data of 76 children who underwent common strabismus surgery from Jan.2016 to Jan.2018 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into two groups randomly.The control group were given routine care and the observation group were given binocular vision training.The binocular vision function of the two groups were examined and analyzed after surgery.Results The proportion of simultaneous visual,visual fusion and stereopsis in two groups at 6months after surgery were significantly higher than those before surgery (P <0.05).The proportion of simultaneous visual,visual fusion and stereoscopic vision of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 3 months after surgery (P <0.05).The stereoscopic sharpness of the two groups 3 and 6 months after surgery was significantly higher than that before surgery,and the stereoscopic sharpness of 6 months after surgery was significantly higher than that of 3months after surgery (P <0.001).The stereoscopic sharpness at 3 and 6 months after surgery of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.001).Conclusion Binocular vision training is helpful on stereopsis establishment in concomitant strabismus children after surgery.
