基于基尼系数分析忻州区域经济差异

Research on Regional Economic Differences in Xinzhou on the Basis of Gini Coefficient

采用基尼系数及其分产业部门分解的方法,依据忻州2004-2016年14个区域单元的人均GDP及相关经济统计数据,对忻州县域单元的经济差异动态变化进行深入探讨.研究表明:第二产业区域差异是构成忻州区域经济总体差异的决定性因素;区域经济差异随年限呈波动变化,产业集中效应是推动区域经济差异变化的主要原因.因此,推动第二产业在各区域单元间均衡发展是缓解忻州区域经济差异的有效途径,同时,加大政府投资力度、优化产业结构、实施网络开发模式、提高人口素质,是实现忻州地区区域经济均衡协调发展的关键.

Adopt the method of gini coefficient and its department decomposition,on the basis of Xinzhou 2004-2016,per capita GDP data of each administrative area unit,explore its dynamic change s about the regional difference degree of Xinzhou.The result shows that-regional differences on the second industry constitute determinant factor of the overall regional economy disparity of Xinzhou.Regional economic difference fluctuate widely,structure effect and concentration effect of industrial structure is the main cause of the change of the regional economic differences.Therefore,to promote the non-agricultural industries among the regional units for balanced development is an effective way to alleviate economic differences in Xinzhou,simultaneously,to increase government investment,optimize industrial structure,implement a network development model and improve the quality of the population is to realize the key for balanced and coordinated development of county economy.
