播散性疣状盘状红斑狼疮1例

A Case of Disseminated Verrucous Discoid Lupus Erythematosus

患者男,48岁。双侧耳轮部斑块、疣状增生10年,双上肢及手背部斑块、丘疹、疣状结节4年,结合临床、病理及免疫学检查诊断为疣状盘状红斑狼疮,予以口服强的松5mg/次,3次/d;羟氯喹0. 2g/次,2次/d,外用卤米松乳膏、尿素乳膏。治疗1个月后瘙痒减轻,疣状增生性皮损明显变平。

A 48-year-old male presented with verrucous plaques on ears that lasted for 10 years and upper limbs that lasted for four years. Based on clinical,histopathological and laboratory examinations,the lesions were diagnosed as verrucous DLE. The patient’ s condition improved after one month treatment with prednisone( 5 mg/tid),hydroxychloroquine( 0. 2 g/bid),topical halometasone and urea cream.
