Three Cases of Acquired Cutis Laxa

例1男,8岁,全身黄色丘疹、斑块7年余,皮肤松弛2年。例2女,23岁,面颈部暗红色结节3年,皮肤松弛半年。例3女,46岁,全身红斑风团36年,皮肤松弛20年。3例患者组织病理均可见真皮中上层弹性纤维减少。例1、例2诊断为Ⅰ型获得性皮肤松弛症,例3诊断为Ⅱ型获得性皮肤松弛症。

An 8-year-old male presented with yellow papules and plaques over the entire body that lasted for seven years,and cutis laxa that lasted for last two years.A 23-year-old female presented with erythematous nodules on the face and the neck that lasted for three years,while cutis laxa developed half a year previous to patient visit.A 46-year-old female presented with erythematous wheals all over the body for 36years and cutis laxa for 20 years.Histopathological examination of the three cases revealed loss of elastic fibers in the upper and mid dermis.The clinical and histopathological findings of case 1 and case 2 argued for acquired cutis laxa type 1,and the diagnosis of the case 3 was Marshall's syndrome.
