Update on Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis

急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病(acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis,AGEP)是一种少见的皮肤病,该病可由药物、感染或其他因素诱发,临床上以红斑基础上发生的成片针尖大小无菌脓疱及发热等全身症状为特征。诊断AGEP主要依靠病史、临床表现、实验室检查和组织病理学表现,EuroSCAR评分也有一定帮助。因为具有相似的临床和组织学特点,AGEP容易与泛发性脓疱型银屑病(generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP)等其他无菌性脓疱病相混淆。但与GPP比较,AGEP呈自限性,病程短,预后良好。因此,正确认识AGEP对于早期诊断、合理治疗具有重要意义。

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP)is a rare cutaneous disease,usually induced by drugs,infections or other factors.It is characterized by the acute development of extensive,sterile pustules on an erythematous background accompanied by systemic symptoms such as fever.The diagnosis of AGEP is mainly based on medical history,clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations and histopathological findings.EuroSCAR score is also helpful.Sometimes AGEP could be confused with other abacterial pustulosis,such as generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP),due to similar clinical and histological characteristics.However,compared with GPP,AGEP is self- limited ,with short course and good prognosis.Thus,the early identification is of great significance for the prompt diagnosis and rational treatment of AGEP.
