我国高等医学院校学术委员会章程建设的现状及反思

Status quo of the Regulations on the Academic Committees of medical colleges and universities and reflection

学术委员会是高校最高学术机构,是高等医学院校学术治理体系的重要组成部分。学术委员会章程是高校学术运行的准则。2014年《高等学校学术委员会规程》实施后,高等医学院校逐渐完善学术委员会章程建设工作,但是目前对高等医学院校学术委员会建设研究较少。在此,梳理分析20所高等医学院校学术委员会章程文本,从学术委员会的功能和建设等方面,探讨我国高等医学院校学术委员会章程文本的不足之处,为章程建设工作提供建议,以期为“教授治学”“学术去行政化”工作提供帮助,为建设中国特色的现代化高等医学院治理体系提供有益探索。

As the highest academic institution,the academic committee is the core of the academic management system"and organizational structure in medical colleges and universities.The regulations on the Academic Committees are the criteria for the academic operation of colleges and universities.Since the promulgation of the"Regulations on Academic Committees of Higher Education"by the Ministy of Education in2014,medical colleges and universities have gradually improved the construction of the regulations. However,few studies have been conducted on the construction of academic committees in medical colleges and universities.The present paper analyzed the regulations on the academic committees of20medical colleges and universities,pointed out the inadequacies of the regulations on the academic committees of the medical colleges and universities in China from the aspects of the functions and construction,aiming to provide reference for the construction of the academic management system for modem medical colleges and universities.
