摘要
目的:探讨猫豆中脂溶性成分以及其抗氧化活性能力。方法:依次经过95%乙醇回流提取、石油醚萃取、萃取浓缩物甲酯化处理,然后利用GC-MS联用技术进行分析和鉴定,并通过标准质谱谱库定性,最后采用清除DPPH和ABTS+自由基能力的实验检验其抗氧化活性能力。结果:共检出19个成分并全部鉴定,对DPPH和ABTS+自由基的半数清除率浓度IC50值分别为46.62 mg·mL-1、41.51 mg·mL-1。结论:猫豆脂溶性成分以脂肪酸为主,并具有一定的抗氧化活性能力,且呈现良好的线性关系。
Objective:To investigate the liposoluble constituents and their antioxidant activities in of Maodou(velvet bean).Methods:After 95% ethanol reflux extraction,petroleum ether extraction and extraction of methyl esterification,GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the liposoluble constituents,and qualitative analysis was carried out by standard mass spectral library.Finally,DPPH and ABTS+free radicals was used to test its antioxidant activity.Results:A total of 19 constituents were detected and identified.The IC50 values of DPPH and ABTS+free radical capacity were 46.62 mg·mL-1 and 41.51 mg·mL-1.Conclusion:The liposoluble constituents of Maodou(velvet bean) are mainly fatty acid identified with an antioxidant capacity,and it has a good linear relationship.
