基于红外热成像技术探讨桃红四物汤治疗膝关节单髁置换术后的疗效 被引量:6

Curative Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤) on Knee Joint after Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty Based on Infrared Thermography Technology

摘要 目的:基于红外热成像技术探讨桃红四物汤治疗膝关节单髁置换术(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)后患者的疗效。方法:将60例UKA术后患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者术后予常规治疗方案,治疗组患者在常规治疗方案基础上加用桃红四物汤。分别于术前2 d和术后第3、7、10天对比两组患者凝血功能、术口局部肤温、外周血白细胞计数及VAS评分。结果:两组患者均未见并发DVT。术后第3天两组患者APTT,PT及D-二聚体均增加;术后第7、10天,两组患者APTT,PT及D-二聚体均降低;术后第3、7天,治疗组患者APTT,PT及D-二聚体均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后两组患者术口皮肤温度均较术前上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组比较,治疗组患者术口皮肤温度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组患者外周血WBC计数均较术前上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第3、7天,治疗组患者外周血WBC计数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第3、7、10天,两组患者VAS评分均较术前上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组比较,治疗组患者VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤能降低UKA术后患者术口皮肤温度,减少炎症,改善凝血功能,减轻术后疼痛。 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on the treatment of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty by the infrared thermography technology.Methods:A total of 60 patients were divided into the control groups and the treatment group randomly.The control group only received normal treatment,while the treatment group received the oral administration of Taohong Siwu decoction based on normal treatment.The coagulation,inflammation index,postoperative skin surface temperature,VAS score were observed and compared at the 2nd preoperative and the 3rd day,7th day,10th day post operation.Results:There were no significant differences in coagulation function,skin temperature,inflammation index and VAS score at the 2nd preoperative in the two groups.Compared with control group,there were significant differences in coagulation function and inflammation index between the two groups at 3rd day and 7 thday after operation(P<0.05).At 10th day,there were no significant differences.There were significant differences in skin temperature and VAS scores between the two groups at 3rd day,7th day,10th day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu decoction can effectively reduce the postoperative inflammation of UKA,improve coagulation function,and contribute to the body rehabilitation.The infrared thermography technology can be used as a new assessment method for knee osteoarthritis and postoperative rehabilitation.
