The Realistic Background,Practical Basis and Distinctive Features of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economic with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

党的十八大以来,在中国共产党的领导下,我国经济发展取得重大成就,在实践中形成了以新发展理念为主要内容的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想。从改革视角看,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想形成于社会主义改革实践,在适应国情世情变化中丰富和发展,在经济发展新常态中实现再定位,并呈现六大显著特征:在改革引领上坚持党对经济工作的集中统一领导;在改革方向上坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度;在改革立场上坚持以人民为中心;在改革深化上落实新发展理念;在改革主线上推进供给侧结构性改革;在改革核心上坚持市场与政府有机结合。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China's economic development has made great achievements.In practice,Xi Jin-ping Thought on Socialist Economic with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has been formed with the new development philosophy as the main content.From the perspective of reform,Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economic with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era was formed in the practice of socialist reform,enriched and developed in adapting to changes in national conditions,and repositioned in the new normal of economic development,and presented six distinctive features:adhere to the party's centralized and unified leadership over economic work in the leadership of reform;adhere to and improve the socialist basic economic system in the direction of reform;adhere to the people as the center in the reform stance;implement new development philosophy on the deepening of reform;promote supply-side structural reforms on the main line of reform; and insist on the organic integration of the market and the government in the core of reform.
