摘要
改革开放四十年来,我国工业快速发展,实现了工业规模扩大、产权结构优化、贸易增长显著、外商投资积极、研发效率提升、主导产业演进,目前已进入工业化后期阶段。我国工业发展取得的成就主要得益于改革、开放、创新三大驱动力,但也必须对工业发展的规模结构、所有制效率、要素投入、对外贸易及工业绿色化、"互联网+制造"等问题进行深入思考。未来,工业向高质量发展方向迈进,要以结构优化完善现代工业体系,以创新驱动培育知识产权密集型产业,以融入全球价值链打造先进制造业基地,以"互联网+工业"推进智能制造发展,以产业化与生态化协同促使绿色工业发展壮大,以打造先进制造业集聚区提升核心竞争力。
Over the past 40years of reform and opening up,China's industry has developed rapidly,achieving industrial scale expansion,property right structure optimization,significant trade growth,positive foreign investment,improved research and development efficiency,and leading industry evolution.It has now entered the late stage of industrialization.The achievement of China's industrial development are mainly due to three driving forces of reform,opening up and innovation,but we must think deeply about the problem on the scale structure of industrial development,ownership efficiency,factor investment,foreign trade and industrial greening,"Internet +manufacturing",etc.In the future,the industry will move toward high -quality development.It is necessary to optimize modem industrial system with structural optimization,foster intellectual property-intensive industries with innovation,build advanced manufacturing bases with global value chains, promote smart manufacturing development with "Intemet +industry",and grow and develop green industry with the synergy between industrialization and ecologicalization,so as to upgrade the core competitiveness with creation of advanced manufacturing clusters.
