Research Progress on the relationship of pathogenic mechanisms between Parkinson's disease and cancer

作为两种不同类型的疾病,帕金森病是一种常见的神经系统退行性疾病,而肿瘤是一种恶性增殖性疾病。流行病学研究提示帕金森病的发病与肿瘤的发病具有相关性,但迄今对两者共同致病机制尚未完全明确。对上述疾病致病机制的研究,将有助于为两种疾病的筛查和早期诊断提供依据,为寻求更有效的干预治疗措施提供思路。

As two different types of diseases,Parkinson's disease is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system;while the tumor is a malignant proliferative disease.Epidemiological studies suggest that the incidence of Parkinson's disease is related to the incidence of cancer,but the common pathogenesis of the two has not been completely clear until now.The research on the pathogenesis of these diseases will help provide a basis for screening and early diagnosis of two diseases,and provide clues for searching for more effective intervention measures.
