From Ecological Environmental Protection to Ecological Civilization Construction:A Review and Prospect

四十年来中国的生态环境建设大致经过了环境保护上升为基本国策、可持续发展战略初步确立、科学发展观深入贯彻和生态文明建设深化推进四个阶段的发展和学术历程。十八大以来生态文明建设纳入中国特色社会主义事业总体布局,实现了自然观、发展观、执行观的逻辑统一。未来中国经济发展方式的转型、工业化和城镇化持续推进,需要从生态文明理念树立、生态经济发展、环境治理和生态修复、空间治理和典型区域实践创新等方面开展生态文明建设,这将是中国社会主义事业建设的重要内容之一。

In the past 40years,China's ecological environmental construction has roughly gone through four development stages,including the promotion of environmental protection as the basic national policy,the initial establishment of the sustainable development strategy,the in-depth implementation of the scientific development concept and the promotion of ecological civilization. Since the 18th National Congress,the ecological civilization construction has been brought into the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which has realized the logical unity of the concept of nature,development and implementation.In the future,the transformation of China's economic development mode and the sustainable progress of industrialization and urbanization will continue to advance,which require the construction of ecological civilization to be conducted from the establishment of ecological civilization concept,the ecological economic development,the environmental governance and ecological restoration,the space governance and typical regional practice and innovation.It will become one of the most important contents of Chinese socialist construction.
