文化资本与创新影响经济增长的时空差异性研究

Research on the Spatial and Temporal Differences of Cultural Capital and Innovation Affecting Economic Growth

通过对中国1998 2016年省际面板数据的空间相关性的分析,构建空间面板动态杜宾模型(SDM)研究文化资本和创新影响经济增长的时空效应。发现:(1)从长期来看,文化资本和创新对经济增长的直接效应显著为正,前者的作用大于后者。其间接效应都不显著,但前者表现为空间溢出性,而后者表现为空间竞争效应;(2)从短期来看,二者的直接效应都显著地促进区域内经济增长,间接效应都表现为空间竞争性,但存在显著程度上的差异;(3)文化资本对经济增长的直接效应相对于创新具有长期累积性特征。因此,在经济新常态下,国家应增加文化资本的有效供给,加强文化与创新的融合,增强以文化和创新为核心的国家竞争力。

Based on the spatial correlation analysis and test of the provincial panel data from 1998to 2016,this paper builds a dynamic Spatial Dubin Model to analyze the time-space effects of culture capital and innovation on economic growth.The results show that:(1)In the long run,the direct effect of cultural capital and innovation on economic growth is significantly positive,and the former has a greater effect than the latter.The indirect effect is not significant,but the former is characterized by spatial spillover,while the latter performs spatial competition effect.(2)In the short term,both of them have significant direct effect on promoting regional economic growth,and the indirect effects are manifested as spatial competition,but there are significant differences. (3)The direct effect of cultural capital on economic growth is long-term cumulative compared with that of innovation.Therefore,in the new economic era,the government should increase the effective supply of cultural industry,strengthen the integration of culture and innovation,and enhance the national competitiveness which takes culture and innovation as the core.
