摘要
通过凝胶时间、粘度、力学和电性能测试等研究了不同配比的双酚A型环氧树脂,酸酐/促进剂/芳纶体系的性能,确定了满足绝缘拉杆性能和生产工艺的配方。结果表明,最优配方体系不高于70℃时,凝胶时间≥420min,60℃时粘度在90min内保持稳定,保证了拉杆制造工艺时间的充裕,产品的力学性能和电气性能稳定且满足需求。
The properties of bisphenol A epoxy resin/anhydride/accelerator/aramid system with different ratios were studied by the tests of gel time,viscosity,mechanical and electrical properties,and the formulas satisfying the performance of insulating rod and production process were determined.The results showed that the gel time of the optimal formulation system was 420min or more below 70℃.The viscosity at 60℃ was stable within 90 min and ensured that the rod manufacturing process time was sufficient.The mechanical and electrical properties of the product were stable and met the demands.
