淇河鲫高饲料转化率家系的筛选

Screening of Carassius auratusvar.Qihe families with high feed conversion rate

为筛选淇河鲫高饲料转化率家系,本实验以鲤和淇河鲫为亲本,在群体间和群体内共建立19个家系。待淇河鲫饲养至7月龄时,选择9个家系进行养殖实验,从各个家系中随机选取60尾分为3个平行组开展实验,实验前测量其体长和体质量。经过8周的标准化养殖,再对其体长和体质量进行测量,同时统计各个实验组的摄食量,运用SPSS22.0软件对各家系的生长指标进行分析。结果显示:9个家系中,15号家系净增体质量最多,饲料系数最小。因此可以确定15号家系即为本实验所筛选的高饲料转化率家系。实验结果表明淇河鲫净增体质量与摄食量呈正相关,与饲料系数呈负相关。本研究揭示了淇河鲫生长性状与饲料系数的关系,为选育生长速度快和饲料系数低的淇河鲫家系提供一定参考。

In order to screen Carassius auratus var.Qihefamilies with high feed conversion rate,this study collected five populations of Cyprinus carpio andCarassius auratus var.Qihe as parents to establish 19 families through intrapopulation and interpopulation copulation.At the time of 7 months,gfamilies were selected to carry out the breeding experiment.In the mean time,we divided 60 fish which were randomly selected from every family into three parallel groups.Before the experiment,the body length and body quality of every fish were measured. After 8 weeks of standardized breeding,we measured the body length and quality of these fish once again.And the food consumption of each experimental group was calculated.SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the growth indicators of each family.The results showed that No.15 family had the largest net weight gain,the smallest feed coefficient.Therefore,No.15 family was the targeted family.The results showed that the net weight was positively correlated with the amount of food intake and negatively correlated with the feed coefficient.This researchrevealed the relationship between growth traits of Carassius auratus var.Qihe and it provided some references for breeding Carassius auratus varQihe families with fast growth and low coefficient.
