中医药防治艾滋病临床研究实践与思考

Practices and thoughts of clinical research in the prevention and treatment of AIDS with TCM

艾滋病作为一种新发传染病,中医药在无症状HIV感染者的早期干预、中医临床辨证治疗、艾滋病常见机会性感染治疗、高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)不良反应治疗、HAART后免疫重建不良治疗等多个方面的临床研究,取得了重要的研究进展,大大提升了中医药防治艾滋病水平。笔者通过近年来中医药防治艾滋病的临床实践,提出从以下3个层次开展深入研究:首先,准确定位,选择中医药治疗具有特色优势的切入点开展系统的临床研究;其次,在临床研究的基础上对中医药的作用机制进行研究;最后,新药研发是提升中医药防治HIV/AIDS临床服务能力的重要途径。

The clinical research of treating acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS),a kind of new infectious diseases,by TCM in multiple aspects has made important research progress such as early intervention in asymptomatic HIV-infected individuals,treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM,treatment of AIDS common opportunistic infection, adverse reactions treatment of highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART)and adverse reactions treatment of immune reconstruction after HAART,which ~eatly improve the level of AIDS prevention and treatment in TCM.The article proposes to conduct in-depth research from the following three levels through the TCM clinical practice of AIDS prevention and treatment in recent years.First,accurate positioning to selecte the entry point of TCM treatment with characteristic advantages to carry out systematic clinical research.Second,study the mechanism of action of TCM on the basis of clinical research.Third,research and develop new drug,which is an important way to improve the clinical services ability of TCM to prevent and treat AIDS.
