Theoretical origin-development and syndrome-treatment of 'wind-stroke' in classical formulas

"中风"乃经方三阴三阳体系之核心概念。历代医家对其理解和诠释不尽相同。文章以经方医学理论源流为轴,研究"中风"的理论源流及其证治方药。"中风"一词首见于《黄帝内经》,其主要内涵以病因学概念为主;时至东汉末年,"中风"之内涵随着六经体系的初步建立已上升至病机学概念;待至隋唐时期,经方辨证论治之理法方药系统已日趋完备,"中风"之内涵在病证学概念上日臻完善,且其证治方药也在这一时期得到了大量的扩充。若欲深谙经方治疗中风之法,研究经方"中风"理论源流与证治方药可谓是重中之重。

Wind-stroke,the core concept of the three-yin and three-yang system,has different understandings and interpretations to doctors of past dynasties.The article studies the theoretical origin of 'wind-stroke'and its syndrome-treatment based on the origin of medical theory.The word ‘wind-stroke'whose main connotation is based on the concept of etiology was first found in Huangdi Neijing.By the end of the Eastern Han dynasty,the connotation of ‘wind-stroke'had changed into the concept of pathology with the initial establishment of the six meridians system.In Sui and Tang dynasties,the principle-method- recipe-medicines system of syndrome differentiation and treatment had been increasingly completed.During this period,with the prescriptions being greatly expanded,the connotation of ‘wind-stroke'was gradually improved based on the concept of syndrome. Thus,It is the key point to study the origin of the ‘wind-stroke'theory and the syndrome-treatment if we want to understand the treatment of stroke with the classical formulas.
