基于中医古籍文献的湿疹病名及鉴别

Dicussion and identification on disease name of eczema based on ancient books and literatures of TCM

为探讨湿疹在中医古籍文献中的病名论述,文章根据湿疹典型临床表现,以"浸淫疮""香瓣疮""四淫""湿疮""火革疮""绣球风""奶癣"等为关键词,检索《中华医典》中相关中医古籍文献。结果发现,《金匮要略》《医宗金鉴·外科心法要诀篇》等18部中医古籍从病名、临床表现、鉴别诊断、饮食调护等多层次、多角度均对湿疹进行阐释。因此,可以通过对湿疹中医古代文献病名及鉴别诊断进行系统梳理,对其古今病名进行规范化研究,以指导湿疹的临床治疗与应用。

To discuss the name of eczema in Chinese ancient literatures, based on clinical symptoms of eczema, related Chinese ancient literatures were searched in Chinese Medical Classics using the key words of ‘general effused eczema’, ‘the fragrant petals sore’, ‘four evils’, ‘damp sore’, ‘fire leather sore’, ‘ball of wind’ and ‘infantile eczema’. The research showed that eczema was interpreted in eighteen Chinese medical books including Jingui Yaolue, Yizong Jinjian-Surgical Core Approach in Terms of Disease Names, clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis, diet nursing, and so on. The interpretations were multileveled and with multiple perspectives. This paper sorts out the disease names and differential diagnosis of eczema in ancient Chinese literatures, making a useful discussion on the standardization of ancient and modern disease names of eczema, so as to guide the clinical treatment and further inherit and develop the traditional medicine research.
