基于《黄帝内经》五音理论探析辨证施乐

Exploration of musical therapy based on syndrome differentiation according to five-element music theory in Huangdi Neijing

《黄帝内经》记载了五音的特点,并将五音与五脏、五志相结合形成了五行音乐疗法。文章根据文献中关于五行音乐的记载,探索五行音乐的特点及施乐方法,分析五行音乐中关于脏腑辨证、情志辨证、体质辨证的选乐方法,提出辨证施乐、辨志施乐、辨质施乐,为五行音乐疗法的实施奠定理论基础。

The characters of five-element music have already been recorded in Huangdi Neijing, and the five-element musical therapy has been formed combing five tones, five zang organs and five emotions. This study mainly explored the characters of five-element music and the musical application methods according to the records of five-element music in literatures, so as to analyze the musical application methods based on syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs, emotions and constitution, and to propose the application of music based on syndrome differentiation, emotional differentiation and constitutional differentiation, hoping to provide theoretical basis for the implementation of five-element musical therapy.
