自拟化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛

Analysis of the Effect of Self-Made Huayu Tongmai Decoction in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨自拟化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:选取阳江市中医医院2016年10月至2017年10月份收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者68例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组34例,对照组采用常规基础治疗,观察组采用自拟化痰祛瘀通脉汤辅助治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组61.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症状积分均有改善,但观察组症状积分变化明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:自拟化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of self-made Huayu Tongmai decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.MethodsSixty-eight patients with coronary heart disease with unstable angina treated in Yangjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital from October2016to October2017were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with routine basic therapy.The observation group used self-made Huayu Tongmai soup adjuvant therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.ResultsThe patients in both groups were treated.The total effective rate in the observation group was as high as94.12%,and the other group was61.76%.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSelf-made Huayu Tongmai Decoction is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
