摘要
哪些因素会驱使个体积极给予别人建议,从而占据较高的咨询网络给予中心度是一个重要的研究问题。遗憾的是,现有研究主要关注网络中心度对个体的影响,而对于网络中心位置的前因影响因素关注较少,也就无法很好地回答这一问题。基于目标导向理论,探讨了成就目标导向对咨询网络给予中心度的影响,以及团队认同的调节作用。利用24个研发团队的326名研发员工的样本进行实证检验,结果表明:学习目标导向和证明目标导向对给予中心度有正向影响,回避目标导向对给予中心度有负向影响。同时,团队认同正向调节了学习目标导向和回避目标导向与给予中心度之间的关系,负向调节了证明目标导向与给予中心度的关系。
What factors may drive individuals to actively give advice to colleagues and occupy advice-giving central position is an important research question. Unfortunately, the existing research mainly focuses on the consequence the network centrality, while pays little attention to the antecedents of network centrality, and it can not be a good answer to this question. Based on goal orientation theory, this study explores the influence of achievement goal orientation on advice-giving centrality in advice network, and moderating role of team identification.An empirical research is conducted with effective data of 326 R&D employees from 24 R&D teams. Result shows that learning goal orientation and proving goal orientation is positively related to giving centrality, and avoiding goal orientation is negatively related to giving centrality. Team identification positively moderates the relationship between learning goal orientation and proving goal orientation, and giving centrality, and negatively moderates the relationship between avoiding goal orientation and giving centrality.
