蒙药蓝盆花中化学成分的体外抗癌活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用MTT法评价蒙药蓝盆花中十五种化合物的体外抗癌活性。结果显示,大多数化合物对MDCK、YAC-1、SMMC-7721具有不同程度的抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖性,高剂量50μg·mL-1时,对MDCK、YAC-1的抑制率高于50%的只有化合物11和16,而对SMMC-7721的抑制率高于50%的则有1、2、3、4、6、7、8、9、12、15和16;多数化合物对K562的抑制作用在中等剂量25μg·mL-1时最强,9、11、15和16的抑制率大于50%;化合物12对MDCK、K562、SMMC-7221的抑制作用无选择性,均居所有化合物之最;化合物6对MDCK、SMMC-7221的抑制率分别为41.18%、99.42%,表现出高选择性。结果表明,化合物1、2、3、4、6、7、8、9、12、15、16为蒙药蓝盆花的体外抗肝癌活性成分群;化合物12、16、6在药材质量控制中应予以关注。 The MTT assay was used to evaluate anti-tumor activity of fifteen compounds from the flowers of Scabiosa tschilliensis Grunning in vitro.Most compounds exhibited the different inhibitory effects with dose-dependent manner on MDCK,YAC-1 and SMMC-7721.At the high dose of 50μg·mL-1,only Comp. 11 and 16 showed the inhibition rate over 50% on MDCK and YAC-1,while Comp. 1、2、3、4、6、7、8、9、12、15 and 16 with the inhibition rate higher than 50% against SMMC-7721.The inhibitory effect of most compounds on K562 at the middle dose of 25μg·mL-1 was higher than that at high or low dose,Comp. 9,11,15 and 16 with the inhibition rates more than 50%. The inhibitory effect of comp. 12 on MDCK,K562 and SMMC-7221 was the highest among all compounds,so the compound didn’t show selectivity. But Comp.6 exhibiting high selective inhibition against SMMC-7221,as its inhibitory rates on MDCK and SMMC-7221 were 41.18% and 99.42%,respectively. The results suggested that comp. 1、2、3、4、6、7、8、9、12、15 and 16 from the flowers of Scabiosa tschilliensis Grunning made up the components group with anti-hematoma effect in vitro;Comp. 12 and 16 should be paid attention to in the aspect of quality control.
