深圳市某三甲医院门诊合理用药状况调查研究

Investigation on rational drug use in outpatient department in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital

目的:了解深圳市第二人民医院门诊患者门诊处方药物使用情况,为制定门诊合理用药措施提供科学依据。方法:采用多阶段抽样的方式对深圳市第二人民医院的2018年2～6月的部分门诊患者的用药状况及处方资料进行现状调查,主要调查内容包括基本信息、处方指标、关怀指标和其他补充指标。结果:本研究共纳入符合条件的门诊患者900例,有效样本863例,占比95.89%。863张门诊处方中,处方药物通用名使用率为100%,处方药物平均品种数为2.12种,抗菌药物使用率为19.58%,注射剂使用率18.42%,处方中基本药物构成比为91.43%,医生平均诊治时间3.98min,处方药物平均调配时间2.26min,药品标示完整率、药品实际调配率和患者了解正确用药方式所占百分比均为100%。结论:抗菌药物和注射剂的使用率得到有效控制,基本药物使用比例稳步提高。

Objective:To understand the outpatient prescriptions in outpatient department of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital,and provide scientific basis for formulating relevant measures for rational drug use in out-patient clinics.Methods:Random sampling was used to investigate the status of drug use and prescription information of some outpatients in Shenzhen No.2People's Hospital during the -6month of February 2018.The main contents included basic information,prescription indicators,patient care indicators and other supplementary indicators.Result:The study included 900eligible outpatients and 863effective samples,accounting for 95.89%.Of the 863outpatient prescriptions,the use rate of the general name for prescription drugs was 100%,the average number of drugs for prescription drugs was 2.12,the use rate of antibiotics was 19.58%,the use rate of the injection was 18.42%,the basic drug composition ratio was 91.43%,the average time of diagnosis and treatment of the doctor was 3.98min,the average timing of prescription drugs was 2.26min,and the drug labeling was marked.The percentage of completeness,actual drug dispensing rate and patients understanding of correct medication were 100%.Conclusion:The utilization rate of antibiotics and injections has been effectively controlled,and the proportion of essential medicines has been steadily raised.
