百令胶囊联合GP方案化疗对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清CA125、CEA及VEGF水平的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Bailing Capsule Combined with GP Method on Elderly Patients with Non Small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Influence on the levels of CA125,CEA and VEGF in Patients

目的观察百令胶囊联合GP方案化疗对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清CA125、CEA及VEGF水平的影响。方法将我院收治的76例老年晚期NSCLC患者随机平均分为观察组与对照组,每组38例。对照组患者均给予GP方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)进行治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上另给予百令胶囊治疗。治疗后,观察两组的客观缓解率(ORR)与临床获益率(CBR)。治疗前后,分别检测2组患者血清免疫功能指标(IgM、IgG及IgA)等免疫功能相关指标水平,分别检测2组患者血清CA125、CEA及VEGF水平。治疗期间,对2组患者的毒副作用进行密切观察,主要指标包括皮疹、白细胞降低、胃肠道反应、血小板降低与神经毒性等。结果治疗后,观察组ORR和CBR分别为92.1%和86.8%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IgM、IgG及IgA均明显高于对照组(P <0.05),而CA125、CEA及VEGF水平则均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗期间,观察组皮疹、白细胞降低、血小板降低与神经毒性的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合GP方案化疗对老年晚期NSCLC疗效确切,可有效改善患者血清CA125、CEA及VEGF水平,值得进行深入探讨。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of bailing capsule combined with GP method on elderly patients with non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its influence on the levels of CA125,CEA and VEGF in patients.Methods 76 elderly patients with NSCLC from our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.Control group was treated with GP method,and observation group was given bailing capsule on the base of control group.After the treatment,the objective response rate and clinical benefit rate of two groups were observed.Before and after treatment,the levels of immune index (IgM,IgG and IgA),CA125,CEA and VEGF in the 2 groups were detected.During the treatment,the rates of adverse reactions in the 2 groups were observed,including rashes,leukopenia, gastrointestinal reactions ,thrombocytopenia and neurotoxicity.Results The objective response rate and clinical benefit rate of observation group were 92.1%and 86.8%,and significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IgM,IgG and IgA were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05),while the levels of CA125,CEA and VEGF were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the rates of rashes,leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and neurotoxicity in observation group were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The method of bailing capsule combined with GP method on elderly patients with NSCLC can improve the clinical efficacy,and be worthy of following study.
