The legislative work of China's environmental pollution compulsory liability insurance systems has entered a critical period.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the more mature compulsory liability insurance systems environmental pollution in countries such as the United States,Germany and India.The aim is to obtain valuable reference for promoting the development of China's systems,such as relying on a sound and strict legal system,realizing various kinds of funds through mainstream mode,adopting directory management to enhance operation,expanding the scope of insurance coverage and scope of responsibility constantly,establishing insurer scientifically and using multiple risk socialization burdens comprehensively.
