厦门市基层医疗卫生机构中医智慧化辅助诊疗平台建设探索

The Exploration and Construction of the Intelligent Auxiliary Diagnosis and Treatment Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Basic-level Medical and Health Institutions in Xiamen

目的:以国家建设中医馆健康信息平台为契机和参考,结合厦门实际情况,建设地方特色的厦门市基层医疗卫生机构中医智慧化辅助诊疗平台。方法:利用中医四诊设备,采集患者望闻问切四诊信息,辅助基层中医生进行疾病诊疗,并与智能全息健康档案相结合,形成中医特色健康档案视图。结论:平台建成后,将极大提升厦门市基层医疗机构的中医药服务能力和中医诊疗水平,为实现人人享有中医药服务奠定基础。

Objective:Taking the opportunity of national construction of health information platform of TCM(Traditional China Medicine)museum as an opportunity,combining with the actual situation of Xiamen,the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis and treatment platform of TCM in Xiamen grass-roots medical and health institutions will be built.Methods:By using the four-consultation equipment of TCM,we can collect the information of patients'four consultations,help doctors at the grass-roots level in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and combine it with Xiamen intelligent holographic health records to form the view of TCM characteristic health records.Conclusion:After the completion of this platform,it will greatly improve the TCM service capacity and TCM diagnosis and treatment level of Xiamen grass-roots medical institutions and lay a foundation for everyone to enjoy TCM services.
