摘要
目的:缓解由互联网+医疗服务便捷性应用继发的医院线下各就医环节压力与"梗阻"。方法:基于集成平台互联互通,利用医院智能导医排队系统加载、延伸、扩展其线下功能,各诊疗执行环节触屏终端整合队列呼叫、费用确认、工作量核计等效率节点关键功能。结果:各诊疗执行环节高效对接患者线上挂号、缴费,无需纸制凭证;触屏终端队列呼叫、工作量核计、费用确认联动,提高工作主动性与效率、提升队列消减速度,有效缓解互联网+医疗服务线上操作便捷继发线下就医环节"梗阻"现象,提高患方就医体验感。结论:智能导医排队系统有医、患双方互动的"共同语言"及"桥梁"的作用,优化、加载、延伸智能导医系统功能应用,配合工作台旁触屏闭环就医流程,保证信息时时对称,能使线下就医环节高效匹配线上互联网+医疗服务便捷应用,解决线下就医环节压力与"梗阻"问题,提高医院服务品质。
Objective:To alleviate pressure and "obstruction"of the offline of different segments caused by applying the convenience of online Internet+medical service.Methods:Based on the integrated platform interconnection and intercommunication,the key functions of the efficiency nodes,such as the integration queue call,the cost confirmation,the workload check and so on,are loaded, extended and extended by the hospital intelligent medical guide line system.Results:the implementation links of each diagnosis and treatment are efficiently docked and paid on the patients'line,without paper certificate,the contact screen terminal queue call, the workload check,the linkage of the cost confirmation,improve the work initiative and efficiency,improve the speed of the queue reduction,and effectively alleviate the convenient operation of the secondary line under the Internet+medical service line. "Obstruction"phenomenon improves the patient's sense of medical experience.Conclusion:the intelligent medical service queuing system has the function of "common language"and "bridge"between doctors and patients.It can optimize,load and extend the functional application of intelligent medical guide system,cooperate with the close loop medical treatment process by the touch screen beside the worktable,ensure the symmetry of information,and enable the Internet to match the medical service line with the Internet+ medical service under the line.It is convenient to solve the problem of "pressure"and "obstruction"under the line of medical treatment and improve the quality of hospital services.
