近年来,我国城市化、工业化建设进程逐步加快,工农业生产用电需求和居民日常生活用电需求持续增加,极大地促进了我国电力企业的迅速发展。随着人们物质文化生活水平的不断提高,人们对电力系统电度运行安全日益重视。给电力用户提供一个良好的供电环境,加强电力系统调度监控一体化运行至关重要。因此,从电力系统调度运行基本原理着手,进一步分析电力系统调度监控一体化设计的基本原则,深入探究运行工作中普遍存在的问题,并提出有效策略,以期对未来电力系统调度监控一体化运行提供借鉴。

In recent years,the process of urbanization and industrialization in China has been speeding up,and the demand for electricity for industrial and agricultural production and the daily life of residents has been continuously increasing, which has greatly promoted the rapid development of electric power enterprises in China.With the improvement of peoples material and cultural living standards,people pay more and more attention to the safety of electric power system operation. Therefore,it is very important to provide a good power supply environment for power users and to strengthen the integrated operation of power system dispatching and monitoring.Based on the basic principle of power system dispatching and operation, this paper further analyzes the basic principles of the integrated design of power system dispatching and monitoring,and probes deeply into the common problems existing in the current integrated operation of power system dispatching and monitoring.An effective strategy to strengthen the integrated operation of power system dispatching and monitoring is put forward,which is expected to provide reference for the future integrated operation of power system dispatching and monitoring.
