摘要
结合室内外试验,统计分析了大量混凝土抗压强度、抗渗系数检测结果,探讨了混凝土防渗墙成墙强度损失规律。结果表明:机口混凝土试块与相同部位(槽孔)混凝土芯样的抗压强度与抗渗系数变化趋势基本一致,且随着混凝土强度等级增加,成墙后混凝土抗压强度、抗渗系数下降幅度越大,其中成墙后混凝土较机口混凝土抗压强度降低约5~10 MPa,降低约30%,抗渗系数降低5×10^(-7)~9×10^(-7)cm/s。
A large number of indoor and outdoor test data about the compressive strength and impermeability coefficient of concrete are statistically analyzed to study the strength loss law of concrete cutoff wall.The results show that the change laws of compressive strength and impermeability coefficient of the concrete cores sampling from completed cutoff wall and the concrete samples from the outlet of mixer plant are basically the same,and with the increase of concrete strength grade,the decrease of compressive strength and impermeability coefficient of the concrete core sampling from completed cutoff wall are greater.The compressive strength of concrete in completed cutoff wall is decreased by about 5-10MPa (the percentage is about 30%)than the concrete at the outlet of mixer plant,and the impermeability coefficient is reduced by 5×10^-7~9×10^-7cm/s.
