摘要
通过试验研究掌握电厂炉渣的各项性能及其对硬化混凝土性能影响,研究电厂炉渣作为大体积混凝土掺和料的可行性。研究发现,磨细炉渣的化学组成、颗粒形状、物理性能与粉煤灰基本一致,其化学成分、烧失量等能满足现有规程规范对Ⅱ级粉煤灰的技术要求;与粉煤灰一样,磨细炉渣具有一定的活性效应、形态效应、微集料填充效应;磨细炉渣作为混凝土掺和料,与目前常用的减水剂、引气剂无不相容性现象;能够设计出满足设计要求的大体积混凝土,具有良好的和易性、力学性能、变形性能、耐久性能、热学性能等。磨细炉渣具有作为大体积混凝土掺和料的潜力,若能够积极应用,具有广阔的市场前景,能带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
The performance of slag of thermal power plant and its impact on the performance of concrete are studied by experiments to explore the feasibility of slag as bulk concrete admixture.The study finds that,(a)the chemical composition, particle shape and physical properties of grinded fine slag arc basically the same as those of fly ash,and its chemical composition and loss on ignition can meet the technical requirements of Class II fly ash in existing regulations;(b)the grinded fine slag has a certain activity effect,morphological effect and micro-aggregate filling effect,which similar to fly ash;(c)as a concrete admixture,the grinded fine slag has no incompatibility with common water reducing agent and air entraining agent; and (d)the grinded fine slag can be used to produce bulk concrete which meets the requirements of regulations with good workability,mechanical properties,deformation properties,durability and thermal properties.The use of grinded fine slag as bulk concrete admixture will achieve great economic and social benefits.
