摘要
互联网时代深刻地改变了人们的思维、工作、生活及学习方式,使人的行为日益数据化。近年来,人民银行西安分行辖区各单位通过对职工思想、心理、行为数据的获取、跟踪、分析和预测,将大数据信息和技术运用到心理减压服务工作中,逐步实现了心理减压工作的信息数据化,心理减压工作也取得了成效。本文总结了把大数据运用到职工心理减压服务工作中的思路与实践,探索性地提出打好心理减压工作"组合拳"。
The Internet era has profoundly changed people's way of thinking,working,living and learning,making people's behavior increasingly digital.In recent years,every sub-branch under the jurisdiction of Xi'an Branch of the People's Bank of China has applied big data information and technology to the psychological decompression service through the acquisition,tracking,analysis and prediction of staff s ideological,psychological and behavioral data,and has gradually realized the informatization of psychologi-cal decompression work,which has also achieved results.The paper summarizes the idea and practice of applying big data to the psy-chological decompression service for staff,and attempts to put forward "combined efforts"in psychological decompression work.
