摘要
【目的/意义】为了解决制造型企业生产进度信息在各部门传递的过程中信息内容复杂、信息交流不及时、传递方式不恰当等问题。【方法/过程】将云存储技术、移动互联网技术与生产信息管理融合,重新对生产信息进行建模,将生产信息提取凝练以二维码的形式展现,通过移动APP扫描二维码进行信息传递和推送。【结果/结论】生产信息管理与"互联网+"、云存储的融合解决上述问题的同时还实现了对生产进度的监控和预警。新的信息管理过程能够明显缩短生产周期,减少监督环节上的工作人数,能够显著减低企业产品生产完成延期率,并且大程度的提高了企业的生产效率。
[Purpose/significance]In order to solve the transmission problems of manufacturing enterprises production progress information among departments such as complex information content,inaccurate information exchange and inappropriate delivery ways.[Method/process]Combining cloud storage technology and mobile Internet technology with production information management,re-modeling for production information,extracting and consolidating production information then show it in a form of two-dimensional codes,scanning two-dimensional codes through mobile APPs to transmit and push information.[Result/conclusion]The integration of production information management with "Internet Plus"and cloud storage solves the above problems and also realizes the monitoring and early warning of production schedules.The new management process of information can obviously shorten the production cycle and reduce the number of workers on the supervision link.And it can significantly reduce the completion rate of the production of the enterprise,and greatly improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.
