摘要
指出了海绵城市建设是我国推进新型城镇化建设的战略举措和重要手段,科学合理地对海绵城市建设风险进行评价有利于海绵城市推广和新型城镇化推进。从经济、技术管理、生态和社会4个方面构建了海绵城市投资风险评价指标体系,引入层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的评价方法,考虑到评价因素的不确定性和评价过程的模糊性,并通过案例研究表明,该评价方法对海绵城市风险评价具有一定的应用价值和良好的适用性。
The construction of sponge city is a strategic measure and an important means to promote the construction of new urbanization in China.It is significant to conduce scientifically risk assessment of the construction of sponge city.This article constructs the evaluation index system of the Risk Assessment of the Sponge city from the four aspects of Economy,technology management,ecology and society,making a reasonable evaluation of case based on AHPfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the proposed model has certain application value and applicability to the risk assessment of sponge city constructionthrough case studies.
