少腹逐瘀汤对多囊卵巢综合征患者血流动力学、性激素水平及血清相关因子的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on Hemodynamics,Sex Hormones and Serum Related Factors in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

摘要 目的:探究少腹逐瘀汤对多囊卵巢综合征患者血流动力学、性激素水平及血清相关因子的影响。方法:研究对象选取我院2016年5月~2017年8月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者92例,使用随机数表法分为对照组(46例)及中药组(46例),对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片口服治疗,中药组在此基础上施加少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗,比较两组血流动力学、性激素及血清相关因子水平。结果:治疗前,两组血流动力学、性激素及血清相关因子水平均无显著差异,治疗后,两组子宫内膜PI及FSH、E_2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药组子宫内膜RI及LH、IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤能有效改善多囊卵巢综合征患者血流动力学指标,降低LH及IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平,值得临床推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on hemodynamics, sex hormone levels and serum related factors in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: 92 subjects with polycystic ovary who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into a control group(46 cases)and a Chinese medicine group(46 cases). Estradiol cyproterone tablets were treated orally, and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Shaofuzhuyu decoction. The levels of hemodynamics, sex hormones,and serum related factors were compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in hemody-namics, sex hormones and serum-related factors between the two groups. After treatment, there was no significant difference in PI, FSH, E2 between the two groups(P>0.05); Endometrial RI and LH, IL-2, TNF-α, IFN-γ levels were significantly lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction can effectively improve the hemodynamic parameters of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and reduce their levels of LH and IL-2, TNF-α and IFN-γ. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
