经济全球化为企业的发展创造了很多机遇,企业为了得到更好的发展,需要走出国内环境,开辟国际发展道路。但是企业在对海外市场进行拓展的过程当中遇到了一些问题,因为对海外市场的了解程度不够,并不熟悉海外市场的运行规则以及发展条件,所以导致我国国内的企业在发展海外工程项目管理时遇到了很多的阻碍,主要围绕海外工程项目管理所遇到的问题和挑战展开论述,同时针对这些具体的问题提出了相关的解决措施。

Economic globalization has created many opportunities for the development of enterprises.In order to achieve better development,enterprises need to go out of the domestic environment and open up an international development path.However, enterprises have encountered some problems in the process of expanding overseas markets.Because they have insufficient understanding of overseas markets and are not familiar with the operating rules and development conditions of overseas markets,this has led to the development of overseas engineering projects by domestic enterprises in China,and that have encountered many obstacles,mainly focusing on the problems and challenges encountered in the management of overseas engineering projects,and proposed related solutions to these specific problems.
