商办楼结构存在平面L形、剪力墙转换等超限情况;酒店结构存在平面凹型、平面有效宽度小于50%等超限情况,故两栋楼均属于复杂高层建筑。选择合理的性能目标,采用不同的计算软件进行结构分析,采取有针对性的构造加强措施,从而确保其的抗震安全性。
The commercial office building is a complex super tall building with some unfavorable factors,including plane L-type, shear walls conversion overrun ;The hotel building is also a complex super tall building with some unfavorable factors,including plane concave,flat-effective width of less than 50%overrtm condition.The structure was analyzed by various computing software,seismic fortification measures were applied to ensure the seismic safety of the building.
