基床超大锤夯实施工技术

摘要 随着码头向深水区建设,重力式码头基床抛石厚度越来越大。针对厚基床一般采用爆夯法工艺密实,但易受周边建筑物、养殖区制约,环境影响大。通过福州港三都澳港区漳湾作业区10号泊位施工为例,阐述在周边养殖区限制条件下,采用超大锤分层锤夯工艺密实基床的施工技术,有效节省了工期。 With the construction of wharfs in deep water areas,the thickness ofripraps in the bed of gravity-type wharfs has been increasing.For thick bed,blasting method is generally used for compaction,but it is easily constrained by surrounding buildings and aquaculture areas and has a large environmental impact.Based on the construction of No.10berth in Liwan operating area of Sandu'ao Port,Fuzhou Port,this paper describes the construction technology of super-hammer stratified hammer and process compacted bed under the restricted conditions of the surrounding culture area saves time effectively.
