通过上海迪士尼奇幻城堡外部,异形花式廊架的建筑外露钢结构的加工、安装等实践,并结合嵌入式金属花式的安装精度及观赏性要求,对与金属花式连接的高精度建筑外露钢结构施工进行总结。通过加工与安装工艺方案的对比优化,形成一整套即有利于建筑外露钢结构整体安装精度控制,又能满足嵌入式装饰性花式安装后的整体观赏性要求的施工工艺,提高了外方创意团队一次验收通过率,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。

Through the exterior of the Shanghai Disney Fantasy Castle,the processing and installation of the exposed steel structure of the special-shaped fancy porch,combined with the installation accuracy and ornamental requirements of the embedded metal fancy,exposes the high-precision building connected with the metal fancy.The steel structure construction is summarized.Through the comparison and optimization of the processing and installation process plan,a complete set of construction technology that is conducive to the overall installation precision control of the exposed steel structure of the building and meets the overall ornamental requirements after the embedded decorative fancy installation is formed,and the external creativity is improved.The team's acceptance rate is a reference for similar proiects.
