摘要 盾构机掘进技术、设备技术的发展,以及智能化盾构概念的提出,驱使着对旋转刀盘状态感知技术的研究。将各种旋转刀盘状态感知技术进行对比研究,最终给出通过中心回转接头实现大电流传输,通过工业无线总线技术实现大数据量交互,有线和无线技术结合的方案,来解决智能化盾构构想中存在的旋转的刀盘和盾构之间供电及大数据交互传输问题。 The development of the tunneling technology,the development of the equipment technology and the concept of the intelligent shield drive,the research on the state sensing technology of the rotating cutter disk is driven.In this paper,the state perception technology of various rotating cutter heads is compared and studied.Finally,the large current transmission through the central rotary joint is realized and the large data interaction is realized through the industrial wireless bus technology.The combination of wired and wireless technology is used to solve the rotating cutter disk and shield in the intelligent shield.Intercommunication between power supply and large data.
