Construction Method of Pile Replacement for Underground Garage

城市地下空间开发工程中,经常会遇到基坑不具备放坡条件的情况。结合北京首钢二通厂南区棚改定向安置房1号、2号、3号地块车库建设项目,以本工程中采取基坑支护桩兼作地下室外墙模板的技术为基础,总结出一套系统的设计与施工方法,以期为其他桩代模项目的设计与施工提供借鉴。

In the urban underground space development project,there is often the case that the foundation pit does not have the conditions of slope.Based on the construction project of 1#,2#,3#block garage of the directional resettlement house in the South District of the Ertong Works of Shougang,Beijing,and the technology of using foundation pit supporting piles as both basement exterior wall formwork,this paper summarizes a set of design and construction methods of the system,in order to provide reference for the design and construction of other pile substitution formwork proiects.
