摘要
在进行项目工程的投资建设时,公开招标是非常重要的一种工程发包手段,在工程施工项目建设投资当中扮演着非常重要的角色,依照经济学的相关理论解析招投标、交易模式以及交易性质,深入分析交投标监测过程中的问题和现状,从制度上对法律监管体系进行完善,并且对监管体制进行健全,加强落实工作,对招投标市场进行统一,以便让国有资产项目工程招投标的制度更为完善合理。
