摘要
目的系统评价任务导向训练改善发育性协调障碍(developmental coordination disorder,DCD)儿童运动能力效果的有效性,为后期团队开发预防和治疗儿童DCD的运动康复手段提供指导方向。方法检索2011年1月1日至2018年1月31日收录在中国知网(CNKI)、EMBASE以及Pubmed数据库中有关任务导向训练干预DCD儿童运动能力的学术研究。中文检索词:发育性协调障碍、动作特殊发展障碍、运动发育迟缓、特定运动技能发育障碍、运动障碍、动作协调;任务导向训练、干预。英文检索词:DCD,task-oriented training,intervention,NTT,CO-OP,motor imagery training(MIT)。由2位研究者对纳入的各项研究进行质量评估并提取结果数据。利用Review Manager 5.2软件对提取的结果数据进行荟萃分析。结果共纳入8篇文献,涉及178名DCD儿童。分析结果显示,任务导向训练能够明显改善DCD儿童的平衡能力(SMD=0.83,95%CI=0.57~1.10,P<0.01),增强手眼协调性(MD=0.79,95%CI=0.05~1.52,P=0.04),提高精细操作能力(SMD=0.87,95%CI=0.32~1.42,P=0.00)以及速度与敏捷能力(SMD=0.74,95%CI=0.32~1.16,P=0.00),且结果具有较强的稳定性。结论任务导向训练可以在一定程度上改善DCD儿童的综合运动能力。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of task-oriented training in the intervention of children's developmental coordination disorder(DCD),and to provide a reference for making physical recovery measures of preventing and treating children's DCD in the later stage.Methods We searched academic studies on the task-oriented training intervention in children's DCD in databases of CNKI,EMBASE and Pubmed from January 2011to January 2018.Two investigators conducted quality assess- ments of the various studies included and extracted the resulting data.The meta-analysis of the extracted result data was performed by using Review Manager 5.2.Results A total of 8studies were included,involving 178children with DCD.Meta-analysis showed that task-oriented training could significantly improve the balance ability of children with DCD[SMD=0.83,95%CI(0.57- 1.10),P<0.01],enhanced hand-eye coordination [MD=0.79,95%CI(0.05-1.52)),P=0.04],improved fine-operation ability [SMD =0.87,95%CI(0.32-1.42),P =0.00]and speed and agility [SMD =0.74,95%CI(0.32-1.16),P =0.00],and.the results showed with a strong stability.Conclusion Task-oriented training can effectively improve the children's comprehensive balance ability.
